The end of Charlotte Russe

Unfortunately, today we say goodbye to one of my personal favorite retailers. Charlotte Russe has announced the closing of the company.

According to an article published by CNN Business, the company filed for bankruptcy last month, and couldn't find a buyer to get the store back to profitability. Over the next two months we will see the closure of all 94 locations. The trendy retailer will be liquidating all of its merchandise and has been taken over by a business that specializes in closings.

This trend in the retail industry doesn't seem to be slowing down, and may cost all of us our favorite stores.
